Using TraceHawk.
These terms cover the TraceHawk service at tracehawk.net: grouped browser and PHP errors, and the Slack or Jira work a rule of yours creates.
The account
You register an organization and confirm the email address before the workspace opens. You are responsible for the members you invite and for the projects, keys, and rules on that organization.
Billing
Base and Business are monthly plans. The prices and included amounts are on the pricing page. Submitting the registration form does not charge a card. A subscription starts when you complete checkout on the Billing page. Checkout is handled by Paddle. Overage billing is disabled by default, so usage stops when the included amount for the month is used.
Your data
You send error events from sites and applications you operate. Do not send data you are not allowed to share, and do not put secrets in messages, tags, or user fields. TraceHawk shows what arrived. It does not invent a root cause.
The service
TraceHawk groups events, keeps the release and the trace that were sent, and can open one Slack message or Jira task when a threshold you set is crossed. Features and plan limits can change. The current ones are the ones on the site.
