Both plans include grouping, the stack, and the trace. Business also creates the Slack message and the Jira task when a rule is crossed.

Upgrade
Base and Business are billed monthly. Creating an account does not charge a card. You subscribe from Billing after the workspace exists. Business is the plan that creates Slack and Jira on its own.
Overage billing is disabled by default. Usage stops when the included amount for the month is used. When a monthly spending limit is turned on, an extra error is $0.0005 and an extra request is $0.00013, and charges stop at that limit.
