- The organization name, if you already have an account.
- Whether the question is the browser snippet, the PHP SDK, grouping, a quota, or a Jira rule.
- The Jira site URL if the task is not being created. Do not send the API token.
What happens next
Setup questions get an answer with the exact place in the product to look. If the problem is a task that was never created, it is almost always the rule window, the project key, or the API token, and all three are visible on the Automation page.
